She was so nasty that I asked for both a refund and a new order to be expedited out. I called customer service and received the run around, sighs and snarky replies from "Customer service" agent. Thank you Trustpilot for getting their attention after I couldn't! I'll keep my fingers crossed in the packages arrival! Update #1:The below comment from Hale Grove is incorrect. Update #2: Surprisingly I have just received information that they have processed a new replacement order for me and it is now supposed to arrive by 1/7.a month and a day from when I placed the order.
